RPM Discs Takapu (Strata)

The RPM Discs Takapu in Strata plastic is a stable, beadless putter crafted for smooth, straight flights and reliable control both on the green and off the tee. Named after New Zealand’s gannet seabird, the Takapu soars with balance and precision, providing a clean release and consistent glide for confident putting and accurate approaches. The Strata blend offers a soft, grippy feel that delivers excellent touch, comfort, and a clean release — perfect for players who prefer a more flexible, baseline putter plastic.

Flight & Feel – 2 / 3 / 0 / 1

The Takapu flies straight with minimal fade and dependable stability. Thrown softly, it holds a true, forward-fading line into the chains; with more power, it maintains control and finishes predictably without dumping out. The rounded, beadless profile gives it a clean, comfortable feel in the hand, making it a versatile choice for both push and spin putting styles, as well as short approach throws.
