Suggested Use
Recommended Use: Milk thistle is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a hepatoprotectant/liver protectant.
Recommended Dose: Take 1 capsule one to three times per day. Take with meals. Recommended duration of use: Use for a minimum of three weeks to see beneficial effects.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant breastfeeding, or have diabetes, kidney stones or have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer. Contra-Indications: If you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin, do not take this product.
