Suggested Use

Recommended Use: Helps increase total sleep time in people suffering from sleep restriction or an altered sleep schedule (e.g., shift work and jet lag). Helps prevent and reduce the effects of jet lag (daytime fatigue, sleep disturbance). Helps reset the body’s sleep-wake cycle and reduce the time it takes to fall asleep in people with delayed sleep phase disorder. May help alleviate abdominal pain associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Used as a sleep aid to help promote sleep.

Recommended Dose: Recommended adult dose:

• All uses except abdominal pain: Take as needed; allow to dissolve under the tongue 1 tablet once daily, 10 to 30 minutes before bedtime, or use as directed by a health care practitioner.

• Abdominal pain: At bedtime only; allow to dissolve under the tongue 3 tablets once daily, or use as directed by a health care practitioner. Use for at least 2 weeks to see beneficial effects.

Cautions & Warnings: When using this product, avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness, driving or using machinery for 5 hours. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia).
