Suggested Use

Recommended Use: Helps to prevent iron deficiency and iron deficiency anemia. Helps to form red blood cells and helps in their proper function. Helps pregnant women meet the recommended intake for iron, when taken in conjunction with a healthy diet.

Recommended Dose: (Adults & children 1 year or older): Take 1 tsp. (5ml) twice daily with water, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Best taken on an empty stomach, away from food.
